Samensmelting

Ontdek Haarlem en de Bibliotheek als een samensmelting van theater, verhalen en culturen. Het festival zet Haarlem op de kaart als een open en creatieve stad waar zowel bewoners als bezoekers kunnen genieten van professionele theateruitingen. De hele bibliotheek in het stadscentrum wordt omgetoverd tot een speelveld voor het festival, met podia variërend van de Doelzaal tot de zolder en de binnenplaats. The dancers are given the task to improvise and compose a dance piece 20' long using the space around them. There are no strict rules or pre-written scores and they don't know the music in advance. Every decision is made spontaneously in the moment. Therefore, what you will witness is unique: it will only happen tonight and cannot be replicated.
